*The equipment will need to have the Preventative Maintenance Contract with Triforce Mechanical, Inc. for the warranty to be valid.
Preventative Maintenance Contract (PMC)
It is important to maintain your equipment to ensure longer lasting lifetime. Triforce will come once per year for cooling and once per year for heating.
The PMC is TRANSFERABLE!
We allow the transfer of ownership of the PMC to the new owner if they maintain the requirement of the PMC.
Service Contracts are offered on the equipment we didn't install!
